Job summary

Quality Consulting Group, LLC is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to join our team supporting production in Puerto Rico and the United States. The role involves operating and maintaining manufacturing equipment and contributing to world-class manufacturing processes.

You will monitor production, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with engineers on technical solutions while ensuring safety and quality. Proficiency with SAP, Excel, and basic vision/PLC knowledge is expected, along with

Qualifications

Associate or bachelor degree in electronic, engineering technology, industrial technology or related field.
Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point.
Fluent in Spanish and English.
SAP knowledge.
Vision System basic knowledge.
PLC basic knowledge.
Proficient knowledge on the interpretation of electrical and mechanical schematics.
Troubleshooting knowledge on electronic and mechanical components, equipment or systems.

Responsibilities

Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment to uphold high quality standards.
Monitor production activities, troubleshoot issues, and support process improvements.
Devises, fabricates, installs, tests, and repairs mechanical equipment and systems.
Assist engineers with developing technical solutions related to operation and performance.
Install, repair, and upgrade components of mechanical devices and systems.
Devises, fabricates, and assembles new or modified mechanical components for machinery and equipment.
Conduct quality assurance/control tests and procedures.
