Job summary

MSD is seeking a Process Technician to operate and maintain manufacturing and packaging equipment in a GMP environment. The role emphasizes adherence to SOPs, accurate documentation, and timely production with a focus on quality and safety.

The candidate will perform basic equipment setup, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with multiple departments to ensure smooth, compliant production and efficient line clearance.

Qualifications

• More than 2 years of experience in a GMP manufacturing facility.
• Robust understanding of GMP requirements related to manufacturing and packaging execution.
• Ability to work independently as a team member.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across shifts and teams.
• Experience with computerized/automated production systems.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain manufacturing and packaging equipment to meet production standards while following GMPs and SOPs.
• Complete line clearance, cleaning and inspection with required documentation.
• Perform basic equipment setup and transport processing equipment, materials, supplies, and products.
• Monitor equipment performance and product quality during production and conduct routine troubleshooting.
• Complete process documentation to meet data integrity requirements and support quality/compliance.
