The role emphasizes problem solving, teamwork, strong communication, and the ability to lift 50 lbs. Day shift runs 6a–6p on a 2/2/3 schedule with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Qualifikationen

• Operate ALERE ERP for production entry and scrap & lumber mgmt.
• Operate SAGE MRP for inventories, tickets, and specs.
• End-of-shift reporting of production & scrap results.
• Assist maintenance during breakdowns and machine issues.
• Open to receiving input from supervisor, peers and team members.
• Own shadow boards and tool organization in the area.
• Fundamental knowledge of electronic sensors, pneumatics, HMI, math, and cycle time optimization.
• Read and comprehend manufacturing instructions and maintain high craftsmanship.
