Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED. Technical degree preferred.
• 5 years manufacturing experience preferred. Wire and cable manufacturing experience desired.
• Training in problem solving skills (PDCA).

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for operators explaining operation of equipment and material handling safety.
• Collaborate with Sales and Operations on process and quality improvements.
• Equipment updates and improvements.
• Communicate with Production, Sales and Management.
• Participate in daily meetings and reporting.
• Apply 5s+1 in assigned area and common areas.
• All other duties as assigned.
