Northwire, Inc. is seeking a Production Technician to join our Osceola, WI team. You will set up, operate, and troubleshoot cabling processes according to SOPs and Work Instructions, while maintaining documentation and ensuring quality within customer specs.

You will use a computer to view schedules and records, assemble materials, verify parts with barcode scanners, and keep the workspace compliant with safety rules. Overtime opportunities may be available.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED. Technical degree preferred and/or Cabling Technology Certificate.
• 1–2 years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and experience with manufacturing equipment.
• Previous computer experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Set up, operate and perform preventative maintenance on cabling process.
• Utilize computer to view production schedules, specifications, routings, and record production.
• Assemble die, spreader plates and reels of conductors, insulating materials for production.
• Order raw materials for your process as needed.
• Use barcode scanners to verify material part numbers.
• Maintain product documentation and perform quality inspections.
• Follow SOPs, WIs and PPE rules; keep work area clean and safe.
• Assist with facility inventories and adhere to 5s+1 in area.
