Base pay range: $25.00/yr - $35.00/yr

Job Summary

Entry-level, hands-on processing position focused on startup and support of daily activities in molding operations, including line clearance and related paperwork. Certain shifts will be assigned specific duties to support planning or other company initiatives.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform mold, robot, and machine setups.
• Perform production startups.
• Conduct daily checks on molds, machines, robots, and related equipment.
• Support material handling as required.
• Assist with paperwork including process summary sheets.
• Work with Level 2 and 3 Process Technicians for On the Job Training when assigned.
• Maintain regular attendance and professionalism.

Essential Qualifications

• Strong team player, self-motivated.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to work independently.
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).

Education and Experience

• 0-2 years of experience.
• High School or Trade School Diploma preferred.

ADA Requirements

• Frequent bending, squatting, climbing, grasping, reaching, lifting or moving.
• Lift/move up to 50 lbs. regularly, more occasionally.
• Continuous walking, standing, or moving.
• Exposure to machine shop hazards and chemicals.
• Occasional computer operation requiring keyboarding.
