Job summary

Merck & Co., Inc. is seeking a Process Technician with GMP manufacturing experience to independently execute daily production tasks and ensure quality and compliance.

You will operate and maintain equipment, perform line clearances, and document activities while collaborating with multiple departments to keep schedules and product quality high. Applicants should have 2+ years in GMP environments, strong communication skills, and the ability to work shifts.

Qualifications

• More than 2 years of experience in a GMP manufacturing facility.
• Robust understanding of cGMP requirements related to manufacturing and packaging execution.
• Ability to work independently as a team member.
• Strong interpersonal skills and inclusion mindset.
• Experience with computerized and automated systems.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain manufacturing and packaging equipment to meet production standards per GMP/SOPs.
• Complete line clearance, cleaning, and required documentation accurately.
• Set up basic equipment and perform equipment challenges as needed.
• Monitor product quality and troubleshoot equipment during production.
• Document activities to ensure data integrity and timely reporting.
• Collaborate with teams across departments to meet schedules and customer needs.
