Job summary

Freudenberg-NOK Sealing Technologies in the Americas is seeking a Process Technician to monitor, troubleshoot, and improve molding, assembly, and secondary manufacturing operations. You will develop process documentation, support new product launches, and contribute to lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and improve product quality.

• Associate degree in Engineering Technology, Manufacturing Technology, Industrial Technology, or a related technical field; equivalent manufacturing experience will also be considered.
• Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience in a technical, maintenance, process, or production support role.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and manufacturing documentation.
• Analytical problem-solving skills with a focus on identifying and resolving root causes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a manufacturing environment.
