Job summary

Freudenberg Group is seeking a qualified Manufacturing Process Technician to monitor, troubleshoot and optimize molding, assembly and secondary operations in a fast-paced production environment.

You will work with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions, develop process documentation, and support new product launches while driving Lean initiatives and continuous improvement to reduce waste and improve quality.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in engineering technology or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years manufacturing experience in technical/maintenance/production support.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manufacturing docs.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a manufacturing environment.
