Job summary

You will set up, validate, and optimize molding, assembly, and secondary operations, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Candidates should have an associate degree in a technical field and at least two years of manufacturing experience, plus strong problem solving and teamwork.

• Analytical problem-solving skills with a focus on identifying and resolving root causes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a manufacturing environment.
