The role requires 1–3 years in manufacturing, familiarity with technical manuals, and basic math. Candidates should be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs in a noisy environment.

Job Title: Process Technician

Position Summary

Magellan Aerospace, Glendale specializes in the manufacturing of precision magnesium and aluminum sand castings. We have an exciting opportunity for a Process Technician.

Essential Responsibilities

• Operate multiple pieces of equipment and monitor inventory levels.
• Make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal efficiency of equipment
• Perform work orders in the optimal order for productivity.
• Assist in preventative maintenance
• Helps develop processes for equipment
• Ensures adherence to safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
• Performs work orders in the optimal order for productivity.
• Investigates equipment failures to determine the cause and makes quick repairs.
• Supports process engineering with maintenance and process improvements.

Position Requirements
