Job summary

US11 Electrolux Consumer Products, Inc. is seeking a Process Technician for 1st shift to ensure safe, efficient production with high quality. You will apply process expertise to operate and adjust equipment, perform autonomous maintenance, train operators, and generate daily production reports.

The role requires a strong understanding of industrial electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems and the ability to read drawings and write repair reports in English.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or high school diploma/GED with 3 years manufacturing experience.
• Fundamental understanding of industrial electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and write repair reports.
• Must be able to speak, read, and write in English.

Responsibilities

• The Process Technician is considered an expert of manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Responsible for adjustments, equipment set-up, autonomous maintenance, daily reports, and training equipment operators to assure production plan is accomplished in a safe, efficient, and productive manner with a high degree of quality in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Operate various forms of equipment and teach new employees proper operation of the equipment.
• Responsible for daily productivity in their equipment and data analysis.
• Lead changeovers and equipment adjustments based on quality and cycle time requirements.
