Equipment & Controls, Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Engineer for the Process Systems & Solutions unit in Lawrence, PA.

You will build and maintain strong customer relationships, assist customers in selecting and sizing control system solutions, and collaborate with account managers to grow business in the territory. You will address lead time challenges by offering alternative solutions and ensuring timely order fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience required.
• Solid knowledge of control systems and reliability in relevant industries.
• Ability to translate technical needs into practical solutions for customers.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and multitasking abilities.
• Team player with capability to work with Account Managers and others.

Responsibilities

• Use customer inputs/specifications to select appropriate products.
• Develop solutions to meet customer needs.
• Prepare, deliver and follow up on accurate customer quotes quickly.
• Support order fulfilment and drive positive customer outcomes.
• Assist outside sales in meeting customer expectations.
• Collaborate with customers to size and select control systems and reliability solutions.
