Job summary

Equipment & Controls, Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Engineer for Process Systems and Solutions in Lawrence, PA.

You will build strong customer relationships, help select and size control systems, and provide tailored technical solutions while navigating lead-time challenges. You will work closely with Account Managers to develop proposals, deliver quotes promptly, and ensure customer satisfaction through the quoting and fulfillment process.

Qualifications

• Four-year engineering degree or equivalent industry experience.
• Knowledge of control systems and reliability.
• Ability to develop and deliver technical and business solutions and collaborate with Account Managers.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting and sizing control systems.
• Develop, deliver and follow up on accurate quotes.
• Support order fulfillment and customer outcomes throughout quoting and fulfillment.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to grow business within the territory.
• Determine sizing and selection of reliability solutions.
