Job summary

ELA Container GmbH is seeking a Sales Process & Systems Analyst to optimize sales workflows and advance ERP and CRM systems. You will analyze processes, maintain SAP and Navision, and drive CRM-SAP integration projects.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field, hands-on experience with ERP systems, and proficiency in German and English. Opportunities for remote work and professional development are available.

Qualifications

• Completed bachelor’s degree in business administration, business informatics, or equivalent qualifications.
• Experience as Sales Analyst or related role with process and system optimization.
• In-depth knowledge of ERP systems (Navision and/or SAP).
• Experience with analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.
• Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint and Excel).
• Excellent written and spoken German and English skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize sales processes and workflows to identify weaknesses and develop solutions.
• Maintain and customize ERP systems, including Navision and SAP.
• Maintain, use and optimize Salesforce; ensure CRM-SAP integration.
• Train users on ERP/CRM systems and advise business departments on optimization.

To strengthen our team, we’re looking for a Sales Process & Systems Analyst (m/f/x) who will analyze our sales processes, further develop systems such as ERP, CRM, and SAP, and drive exciting integration projects forward.

Your future role

Analysis and optimization of processes and sales workflows to identify weaknesses and develop appropriate solutions

Maintenance and customization of our systems, including further development of our ERP systems, Navision and SAP

Maintenance, use, and optimization of Salesforce, as well as ensuring the integration of CRM and SAP

Training users on ERP and CRM systems and advising business departments on system and process optimization

Leading and coordinating projects related to system integration and process improvement

Working closely with our IT department and external partners

What you bring to the team

Completed bachelor’s degree in business administration, business informatics, or equivalent qualifications obtained through a comparable completed business apprenticeship (e.g., Industrial Business Clerk (m/f/x))

First professional experience as a Sales Analyst, Sales Development Manager, Business Analyst (m/f/x), or in similar fields

In-depth knowledge of ERP systems, ideally Navision and/or SAP

Experience in process analysis and optimization, ideally using analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik

Proficiency with MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel)

Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
