KREMPEL GmbH is looking for a dedicated Inside Sales professional to join our team in Vaihingen/Enz. This role emphasizes excellent customer interaction and requires a solid background in sales processes, particularly in quotation preparation and order processing.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations in SAP in coordination with Key Account Managers.
• Process customer orders and verify terms and conditions.
• Maintain customer master data and monitor deadlines.
• Handle invoicing, bonuses, and credit notes.
• Manage customer complaints effectively.
• Process sample orders.
• Prepare relevant export documents.

YOUR TASKS

• Quotation Preparation: Preparation of quotations in SAP in coordination with the responsible Key Account Manager
• Order Processing: Entry of customer orders including verification of terms and conditions as well as initiation of technical and commercial contract reviews
• Data Management: Maintenance of customer master data and monitoring of deadlines
• Invoicing: Preparation of invoices, bonuses, credit notes, and consignment stock billing
• Complaint Management: Handling of customer complaints
• Sample Coordination: Processing of sample orders
• Export Processing: Preparation of relevant export documents (e.g. letters of credit, certificates of origin, bills of exchange)

• Qualifications: Completed degree in a business‑related field
• Experience: Professional experience in a similar role
• Software Skills: Proficient in MS Office and SAP
• Personal Strengths: Strong customer and service orientation
• Language Skills: Fluent German and very good English skills
