Job summary

ELA Container GmbH is seeking a Culinary Leader to join Gut Düneburg in Ohio. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing diverse lunch menus and participating in catering events while leading a team. You must have a completed training as a chef and a passion for the culinary arts.

The ideal candidate will inspire through regional and seasonal cuisine, ensuring compliance with hygiene standards and delivering high-quality dishes. This position offers a permanent contract and various employee benefits.

Your future role

Preparation of varied lunch menus using regional and fresh ingredientsParticipation in event catering, including finger food, flying desserts and barbecue events

Occasionally offering fine dining with multi-course menus at the level of Michelin-starred cuisine

Production of sauces & soups (according to recipe)

Production of dressings & personal responsibility for the salad buffet

Compliance with and working under the given HACCP standards

Optimal preparation of ingredients & control of goods delivery

What you bring to the team

Completed training as a chef (m/f/x)
