The position involves data analysis, SPC usage, and presenting findings at meetings, with a Monday–Friday on-site schedule and a clear path from Associate to Sr. roles as experience grows.

Competenze

• BS in Engineering; chemical engineering or biological engineering preferred.
• Associate: 0-2+ years; Engineer: 2+ years; Senior: 5+ years.
• Level determined based on experience and role requirements.
• On-site role based in Rensselaer, NY, with standard Monday–Friday schedule.

Mansioni

• Lead, author, and review investigations and corrective action plans.
• Perform data analysis and apply SPC tools to drive improvements.
• Serve as SME to support production, purification and formulation activities.
• Present process data and findings at group/department meetings.
• Monitor production processes to gather data and track changes.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, QA, QC, MS&T, and Process Sciences labs.
