Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc (USA) is seeking a Process Support Engineer in Rensselaer, NY to join the Integrated Manufacturing Support team. This role focuses on problem solving, investigations, and data-driven improvements across manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities include leading root cause analyses, performing SPC-based data reviews, and acting as a SME to support production, purification, and formulation activities. On-site position with standard M-F hours.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering; chemical engineering or biological engineering preferred.
• 0–2+ years for Associate Process Support Engineer role.
• 2+ years for Process Support Engineer role.
• 5+ years for Sr. Process Support Engineer; level based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, author, and/or review scientific root cause investigations and develop corrective action plans.
• Perform data analysis and apply SPC tools for trend analysis to drive improvements.
• Serve as SME to support production, purification, and formulation activities using historical data.
• Present process data and findings at group and department meetings.
• Monitor production processes to preempt issues and track changes.
• Interact with Manufacturing, QA, QC, MS&T, and Process Sciences teams to drive investigations and improvements.
• Demonstrate knowledge of cell culture, purification/chromatography, analytical methods (UPLC, ELISA, PCR) and materials science.
