Job summary

TRW Resources is seeking a hands-on Process Leader with a strong plastics manufacturing background to develop an experienced team, drive process improvements, and strengthen operational performance in our thermoforming operations in Madison, Wisconsin.

You will oversee technical operations, tooling, equipment setups, and robotics, collaborating with Engineering, Operations, and Maintenance to improve manufacturing performance and meet customer delivery commitments.

Qualifications

• Strong background in plastics manufacturing, preferably thermoforming; extrusion or blow molding experience considered.
• Hands-on technical expertise in manufacturing processes, tooling, equipment setups, and troubleshooting.

TRW Resources is seeking a hands-on Process Leader with a strong background in plastics manufacturing and the leadership skills to develop an experienced team, drive process improvements, and strengthen operational performance. Our client is a high-growth, privately held manufacturer with an established reputation as a leader in the thermoforming industry.

THE OPPORTUNITY

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a highly skilled and established team of technical professionals with an average tenure15 years with the company. You'll oversee technical operations involving thermoforming processes, tooling, equipment setups, and robotics while collaborating closely with Engineering, Operations, and Maintenance to improve manufacturing performance and support customer delivery commitments.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Technical Experience

• Strong background in plastics manufacturing, preferably thermoforming; experience in extrusion or blow molding will also be considered.
• Hands-on technical expertise in manufacturing processes, tooling, equipment setups, and troubleshooting.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience driving process improvements and managing technical priorities.

Leadership & Professional Strengths

• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop experienced technical teamswhile fostering collaboration and accountability.
