SUMMARY
The primary role of theProcess Supervisor is to assist with coordinating all thermoforming processes, mold packages and set up related activities. The Process Supervisor is responsible for maintaining thermoforming processes, set-ups and robotics.

Supervises employees with process, set-up and jig & fix areas. Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of this department. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Must have the ability to work all shift schedules, periodic overtime and be available for periodic weekend work.
