Job summary

ProVest LLC is seeking a Private Process Server or Process Serving Agency to provide reliable civil process service in Carroll County, Maryland, including Westminster, Eldersburg, Sykesville, Taneytown and Hampstead. This is a 1099 independent contractor position with weekly compensation based on completed jobs.

Flexible schedule and day/evening shifts, Monday to Friday, with weekend work as needed. Responsibilities include diligent service attempts, rapid case activation, and e-signing

Qualifications

• Civil Process Server experience required.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required.
• Strong communication and documentation skills are essential.
• Willingness to travel extensively (75% travel).
• Smartphone with ability to run mobile apps required.
• Professionalism, punctuality and attention to detail required.

Responsibilities

• Make diligent service attempts, including collections (up to 5 attempts) and non-collections (2 attempts).
• Activate cases within 24 hours of receiving documents (via FedEx or email).
• E-sign affidavits within 48 hours of service completion.
• Upload photo evidence, detailed attempt notes, and outcomes via ProVest mobile apps.

Including cities:

• Westminster

This is a 1099 independent contractor position, withweekly compensation based on completed jobs. We are looking for dependable, detail-oriented professionals with experience in legal document delivery.

• Can you make the required diligent attempts for both collection and non-collection files?
