Job summary

ProVest LLC is seeking a Process Server to provide reliable civil process service in Carroll, MD and surrounding areas. This independent contractor role requires professionalism, punctuality, and the ability to document service attempts accurately using ProVest mobile apps.

You must have a valid driver’s license, active auto insurance, reliable transportation, and strong communication skills; licensing or prior law enforcement/paralegal experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Make diligent service attempts (up to 3 attempts).
• Activate cases within 24 hours of receiving documents (via FedEx or email).
• Sign and notarize affidavits within 48 hours of service completion.
• Upload photo evidence of addresses using ProVest mobile apps.
• Submit detailed attempt notes and record service outcomes.

ProVest LLC is seeking a Process Server to provide reliable and professional civil process service in Carroll, MD and surrounding areas.

Location Requirement

Applicants must reside in or currently serve within a 45-mile radius of Carroll, MD.

Position Overview

This is a 1099 independent contractor position, with weekly compensation based on completed jobs. We are looking for dependable, detail-oriented professionals with experience and judged signed court appointments in legal document delivery.

Ideal Candidates Include

• Experienced Process Servers

Key Responsibilities
