ProVest LLC in Maryland is seeking a reliable Private Process Server to perform civil process service across Frederick County and surrounding areas on a 1099 basis. The role requires flexibility, strong attention to detail, and a willingness to travel up to 75%.

You will activate cases within 24 hours of receiving documents, upload photo evidence and notes via mobile apps, and Esign affidavits within 48 hours after service.

Formación

• Experience as a civil process server or similar role.
• Ability to travel up to 75% within Maryland.
• Valid driver's license and active auto insurance.

This is a 1099 independent contractor position, with weekly compensation based on completed jobs. We are looking for dependable, detail-oriented professionals with experience in legal document delivery.

ProVest LLC is seeking a Private Process Server or Process Serving Agencyto provide reliable and professional civil process service in FrederickCounty, Maryland.

Including cities:

• Mount Airy
• Frederick City
• Brunswick
• Thurmont
• Middletown

Location Requirement:

Applicants must reside in or currently serve within a 45-mile radius of Frederick County.

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
• Night shift
• Weekends as needed

Application Question(s):

• Can you make the required diligent attempts for both collection and non-collection files?
• Can you make the first attempt on each file within 48 hours of receiving the service documents?
• Can you utilize 2 mobile apps to add in required attempt details, take photos, and close cases?

Experience:

• 75% (Required)

Responsibilities

• Make diligent service attempts:
• Collections: Up to 5 attempts (varied times: morning, evening, weekend, etc.).
• Non-Collections: 2 diligent attempts (morning and evening).
• Activate cases within 24 hoursof receiving documents (via FedEx or email).
• E-sign all eligible affidavits within 48 hoursof service completion.
• Utilize ProVest's mobile applications to:
  • Upload photo evidence of addresses.
  • Submit detailed attempt notes.
  • Record service or non-service outcomes.
