Responsibilities

• Electronically sign all eligible affidavits within 48 hours of service.
• Use ProVest’s mobile applications to upload photo evidence of addresses, record outcomes, and submit detailed notes.

Overview

We are currently seeking a Private Process Server or Process Serving Agency to join our team as an independent contractor in Kent County, Maryland. This 1099 contract role offers flexible scheduling and weekly compensation based on completed jobs.

Applicants must reside in or currently serve within a 45-mile radius of Kent County, MD.

We’re seeking dependable, detail-oriented professionals with experience in legal document delivery. Ideal candidates may include:

• Licensed Private Investigators
• Experienced Process Servers
• Current or Former Law Enforcement Professionals

Responsibilities

• Make diligent service attempts:
  • Collections Files: up to 5 attempts at varied times (morning, evening, weekend, etc.)
  • Non-Collections Files: 2 diligent attempts (morning and evening)
• Activate cases within 24 hours of receiving documents (via FedEx or email)
• Electronically sign all eligible affidavits within 48 hours of service
• Use ProVest’s mobile applications to:
  • Upload photo evidence of addresses
  • Record service or non-service outcomes
  • Submit detailed attempt notes
