Job summary

ProVest LLC is seeking independent contractors to join our process serving network in Richmond County, GA and surrounding areas. The position is a 1099 contractor role with compensation based on completed jobs and weekly payouts.

Ideal candidates have experience in process serving, private investigation, or law enforcement, with reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license. Candidates must reside within 45 miles of Richmond County, GA and be able to work flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation to cover Richmond County, GA and surrounding areas.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Strong communication and documentation skills required.

Responsibilities

• Make up to 3 service attempts at varied times (morning, evening, weekend).
• Activate cases within 24 hours of receiving documents.
• Sign and notarize eligible affidavits within 48 hours after service.
• Use mobile apps to upload photos, submit notes, and record outcomes.

• Experienced Process Servers
• Licensed Private Investigators
• Current or Former Law Enforcement Professionals

Key Responsibilities

• Up to 3 attempts (varied times: morning, evening, weekend, etc.)
• Activate cases within 24 hours of receiving documents (via FedEx or email)
• Sign and notarize all eligible affidavits within 48 hours of service completion
• Utilize ProVest's mobile applications to:
  • Upload photo evidence of addresses
  • Submit detailed attempt notes
  • Record service or non-service outcomes
