Position Overview

ProVest is one of the largest legal support services firms in the U.S., specializing in the service of process for prestigious law firms and financial institutions. We handle thousands of legal documents each year, including foreclosures, collections, litigation, and civil complaints. We’re currently seeking independent contractors to join our growing network.

Ideal Candidates

• Licensed Private Investigators
• Experienced Process Servers with current judge-signed court appointments (required)
• Current or former law enforcement professionals

Key Responsibilities

• Make diligent service attempts (up to 4 attempts, varied times: morning, evening, weekend, etc.)
• Activate cases within 24 hours of receiving documents (via FedEx or email)
• Sign and notarize all eligible affidavits within 48 hours of service completion
• Utilize ProVest's mobile applications to:
  • Upload photo evidence of addresses
  • Submit detailed attempt notes
  • Record service or non-service outcomes
