ProVest LLC is seeking a Process Server to provide reliable civil process service in McDuffie County, GA and surrounding areas, including Thomson and Dearing. This is a 1099 independent contractor role with weekly compensation based on completed jobs.

Applicants must reside in or near McDuffie County within a 45-mile radius and have dependable transportation and a valid driver's license. Ideal candidates include experienced process servers, licensed private investigators, current or former law

• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Up to 5 attempts (varied times: morning, evening, weekend, etc.)
• Activate cases within 24 hours of receiving documents (via FedEx or email)
• Sign and notarize all eligible affidavits within 48 hours of service completion
• Utilize ProVest's mobile applications to upload photo evidence of addresses, submit detailed attempt notes, and record service or non-service outcomes
