Job summary

Natgasoline LLC is seeking a seasoned Process Safety Manager to lead the site's PSM program in Beaumont, TX. You will steer hazard studies, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies to prevent incidents and protect personnel and the environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in a related field.
• Minimum seven years in a high-hazard process plant environment.
• Experience in a PSM role is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA PSM and EPA RMP standards.
• Experience with RCA, FMEA or similar problem-solving tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead process hazard analyses and risk assessments to identify and mitigate hazards.
• Develop and manage the site PSM program, including risk registers and action plans.
• Provide PSM expertise and training to site personnel.
• Lead RCA investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Manage MOCs, PSSR, and related documentation.
