Job summary

Soarnol in La Porte, TX is seeking a Process Safety Management (PSM) Engineer to lead the development, implementation and continuous improvement of our PSM program across the site. You will work closely with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, and EHS teams to ensure OSHA 29 CFR 1910.119 compliance and a culture of safety.

You will facilitate PHAs and risk assessments, coordinate incident investigations, provide PSM training, monitor safety metrics, and support regional standardization efforts

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years developing, maintaining or operating PSM compliance systems
• Experience facilitating PHAs, risk assessments, and what-if studies
• Detailed understanding of OSHA 29 CFR 1910.119 PSM standard

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain PSM systems and programs
• Facilitate PHAs, risk assessments, and gap analyses
• Coordinate incident investigations and implement corrective actions
