Job summary

OxyChem in Dallas, TX, seeks a Process Safety Lead to manage Process Safety Management (PSM), Risk Management Plans (RMP), and Responsible Care programs across manufacturing sites. You will serve as the technical expert in process hazard analysis, risk assessments, and mechanical integrity, ensuring compliance and safe project execution.

Travel up to 30% is required; a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering and 10+ years in plant process/maintenance/project engineering are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering is required.
• 10+ years of plant process, maintenance, or project engineering experience.
• In-depth knowledge of OSHA, RMP, and Responsible Care standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead Process Safety Management (PSM) across manufacturing sites.
