Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2–7 years of experience in a chemical manufacturing environment.
• Experience in chemical, adhesive, or regulated manufacturing.
• Ability to read work instructions, batch records, and safety data.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment according to standard operating procedures.
• Set up, adjust, and change over equipment to meet production schedules.
• Accurately record batch data, inspections, and production metrics.
• Perform in-process quality checks and escalate deviations.
• Troubleshoot equipment and process issues to minimize downtime.
• Follow all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
• Support training and guidance of less-experienced operators.
• Participate in continuous improvement and 5S activities.
