Job summary

H.B. Fuller is seeking a Production Operator to support manufacturing operations by preparing materials, operating equipment, and packaging finished products. This role requires teamwork, attention to detail, and flexibility to work shifts in a chemical manufacturing environment.

Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or GED, no prior experience required, and basic proficiency with MS Office. Preferred candidates may have one year in manufacturing and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, general education diploma, or equivalent.
• No prior experience required.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to read and follow work orders, safety procedures, and quality instructions.
• Availability to work rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and transport raw materials and packaging materials.
• Operate production equipment following work instructions.
• Monitor equipment and maintain target production rates.
• Perform basic product testing and release checks.
• Verify labels and packaging materials for accuracy.
• Package finished products according to quality standards.
• Follow all safety, quality, and environmental procedures.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and support additional production tasks as assigned.
