Job summary

H.B. Fuller in Houston, TX is seeking a Process Safety Management Operator to support safe, efficient manufacturing of specialty chemicals on-site.

You will operate complex equipment, monitor processes, and ensure production targets while maintaining quality and safety standards. The role requires a high school diploma, 2–7 years in chemical manufacturing, and familiarity with batch records; SAP knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–7 years of experience in a Chemical Manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read work instructions, batch records, and safety data.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment according to standard operating procedures
• Set up, adjust, and change over equipment to meet production schedules
• Accurately record batch data, inspections, and production metrics
• Perform in-process quality checks and escalate deviations
• Troubleshoot equipment and process issues to minimize downtime
• Follow all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements
• Support training and guidance of less-experienced operators
• Participate in continuous improvement and 5S activities
