Tom Trese Networking LLC seeks an experienced PSM professional to join the corporate EHS team, reporting to the Director of EHS. The role will complete the implementation of the PSM program for the company in roughly six months, then shift to a 50/50 PSM/EHS mix, ensuring company-wide compliance with PSM and all applicable regulations.

The position emphasizes hands-on leadership, collaboration, and ongoing culture of process safety excellence across all locations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of process safety experience.
• Local candidates in the northeast or southeast Wisconsin area only.

Must have 3+ years of process safety experience along with a Bachelors degree in environmental, safety, engineering, etc. Local northeast or southeast Wisconsin area candidates only at this time.

Seeking an engaged, hands-on and collaborative PSM professional that will be a member of the corporate EHS department and will report directly to the Director of EHS. • This position will ensure compliance with PSM and all local, state, and federal regulations within all locations of the company. Champion a culture of process safety excellence; organize and provide leadership concerning all (14) elements of PSM by reading, reviewing mechanical and electrical drawings and related procedures.
