Job summary

Soap Creek Resources is seeking a hands-on PSM/EHS professional to join our corporate EHS team in Wisconsin. The role will lead the initial implementation of the PSM program for about six months, then balance 50% PSM and 50% EHS responsibilities across locations.

The successful candidate will ensure compliance with PSM and all federal, state, and local regulations, review drawings and procedures, and champion a culture of process safety excellence among the team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of process safety experience with a Bachelor's degree in environmental, safety, or engineering.
• Local northeast or southeast Wisconsin area candidates only at this time.
• Reports to the Director of EHS in the corporate EHS team.
• Role will implement the PSM program for about six months.
• After implementation, role will be 50% PSM and 50% EHS across locations.
• Ensure compliance with PSM and all local, state, and federal regulations.

Responsibilities

Seeking an engaged, hands-on and collaborative PSM professional that will be a member of the corporate EHS department and will report directly to the Director of EHS. This role will complete the implementation of their PSM program for the company (approximately (6) months to completion) and then the role will transition to (50%) PSM and (50%) EHS.

• This position will ensure compliance with PSM and all local, state, and federal regulations within all locations of the company. Champion a culture of process safety excellence; organize and provide leadership concerning all (14) elements of PSM by reading, reviewing mechanical and electrical drawings and related procedures.
