Job summary

Cytiva is seeking a Process Safety Engineer to support OSHA PSM and EPA RMP programs at our Muskegon, MI site. You will develop, implement and maintain critical safety procedures while driving continuous improvement with DBS tools.

You will lead PHA events, mentor teams, and collaborate with the EHS organization to mitigate risk and ensure safe operation of a world-class life sciences facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of PSM and RMP experience in highly hazardous environments.
• Strong communication, collaboration and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain procedures for OSHA PSM and EPA RMP compliance.
• Plan and facilitate the facility PHA schedule with clear resource planning.
• Evaluate site procedures for OSHA PSM applicability and compliance.
• Coach teams in PHA events, driving higher performance and engagement.
• Apply DBS Continuous Improvement tools to EHS improvement and risk mitigation.
