Job summary

Godshall & Godshall Personnel Consultants, Inc. is seeking a safety professional to lead OSHA PSM and EPA RMP programs, drive process safety culture, and coordinate cross-functional safety initiatives at our Gainesville site.

You will facilitate PHAs/LOPAs, support audits and investigations, deliver training, and help identify and reduce process risks while collaborating with multiple teams to improve site-wide safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of PSM experience.
• Knowledge of PHA, LOPA, and risk assessment methodologies.
• Experience facilitating cross-functional safety initiatives.
• Experience supporting audits, compliance, and investigations.

Responsibilities

• Lead OSHA PSM and EPA RMP programs.
• Drive process safety culture and risk awareness.
• Facilitate PHAs, LOPAs, and hazard assessments.
• Coordinate cross-functional process safety initiatives.
• Identify, prioritize, and reduce process risks.
• Support compliance, audits, and governance activities.
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Deliver process safety training and guidance.
