Formosa-Plastic is seeking a PSM Engineer to join the Corporate Safety & PSM Department. The role focuses on implementing Process Safety Management and Risk Management programs across sites, supporting regulatory compliance, and strengthening the safety culture.

The engineer will lead PHA/LOPA/SIS activities, provide technical guidance, and ensure alignment with OSHA and corporate requirements. A Bachelor’s in engineering and 5+ years’ experience are required.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of five (5) years of work-related experience in a petrochemical facility or refinery.
• Experience implementing OSHA’s Process Safety Management.
• Strong background in Process Safety and Risk Management elements.
• Operations experience is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Facilitate the implementation of Process Safety Management and Risk Management programs to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and company policies.
• Coach and lead team members to develop Process Safety competency across the organization.
• Provide regulatory interpretation and training support to meet corporate goals.
• Collaborate with internal and external resources to achieve regulatory compliance and strengthen safety culture.
