Job summary

Godshall Recruiting is seeking a Process Safety Leader in Gainesville, FL to drive OSHA PSM & EPA RMP programs, promote a proactive risk culture, and coordinate safety initiatives across teams. You will lead hazard analyses, risk assessments, and incident investigations while supporting audits and governance activities.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field and 3+ years of PSM experience, with a strong emphasis on cross-functional collaboration and training

Qualifications

• 3+ years of PSM experience.
• Knowledge of PHA, LOPA, and risk assessment methodologies.
• Experience facilitating cross-functional safety initiatives.
• Experience supporting audits, compliance, and investigations.
