Job summary

Walker Lovell is seeking an influential engineer in Alabama to take ownership of the site-wide Process Safety Management (PSM) programme. This unique role focuses on developing compliance and performance while partnering with engineering teams to reduce process risks.

The ideal candidate will have proven leadership experience in conducting Process Hazard Analyses (PHAs) and a strong grounding in PSM elements, including Management of Change and incident investigation. This role offers a strong base salary with performance-linked bonuses and full benefits.
