Energy Transfer LP in Texas is seeking a senior process safety professional to support the Godley facility. You will implement PSM/RMP programs, maintain regulatory compliance, and partner with operations to improve safety performance.

The role involves audits, incident investigations, training, and developing procedures, with interaction across technical and maintenance teams, plus coordination with LEPC for emergency plans.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree preferred; HS diploma accepted.
• 6+ years in processing plant or process safety.
• Midstream gas processing knowledge.
• Proficient with reading P&IDs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and oversee PSM/RMP policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with PSM/RMP requirements; audits and inspections; reports.
• Monitor record keeping and reporting for regulatory activities.
• Outline and implement PSM/RMP training programs.
• Inspect facilities and recommend compliance improvements.
• Lead PSM incident investigations and root-cause analysis.
• Develop operating procedures and operator training.
• Create KPIs to track PSM program progress.
• Conduct internal PSM and RMP audits.
• Facilitate PSSR for new facilities and expansions.
• Develop Emergency Response Plans with LEPC coordination.
