Job summary

RSM US LLP invites applications for a Risk Consulting Associate position within the Risk Consulting Group in California. You will work with diverse clients, participate in internal audits, SOX/compliance, and financial reporting controls, and be paired with a Performance Advisor to shape your career.

You’ll leverage MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to analyze data, prepare client reports, and present findings. Travel to client sites may be required as projects progress.

Qualifications

• Pursuing at least a BA/BS degree or equivalent, with expected completion by Dec 2026 or Jun 2027.
• Major in Accounting (preferred), Finance, Data & Analytics.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA preferred.
• Willingness to travel to client locations as required.

Responsibilities

• Sit in on client meetings and support conducting consulting projects
• Prepare reports on consulting services performed for clients and discuss results with clients
• Travel to client locations as requested to provide consulting services
• Complete client projects efficiently within project timelines
• Use MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to analyze client information and document results and recommendations
• Attend conferences, trainings, and meetings for professional development
