Job summary

RSM is seeking a Risk & Controls Consulting Associate in San Francisco to work with diverse mid-market clients, gaining hands-on experience and direct client access. You will be paired with a Performance Advisor to shape your career goals and contribute to internal audits, SOX/compliance work, and financial reporting control projects.

Expect involvement in client meetings, report preparation, travel to locations, and skill-building through conferences and trainings, with strong emphasis on MS

Qualifications

• Pursuing at least a BA/BS degree or equivalent, expected by Dec 2026 or Jun 2027.
• Major in Accounting (preferred), Finance, Data & Analytics.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sit in on client meetings and support consulting projects.
• Prepare reports and discuss results with clients.
• Travel to client locations as needed to provide services.
• Complete client projects efficiently within timelines.
• Utilize MS Office to analyze information and document results.
