Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• 5–7 years of manufacturing experience in a CPG environment preferred.
• Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement project experience.
• Experience with QMS and SPC.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes to improve throughput and quality.
• Lead process validation and capability studies (SPC, DOE, Cp/Cpk).
• Develop and implement SOPs and process control plans.
• Identify cost savings and efficiency opportunities via Lean/Six Sigma.
• Support capital projects including equipment commissioning and qualification.
