Job summary

Pandrol Usa Lp in Memphis, TN is seeking a Quality Engineer to oversee quality systems and APQP for new programs. You will manage the quality team, interface with customers to align quality standards, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring ISO and AAR compliance.

The role requires a technical bachelor’s degree, extensive quality/manufacturing knowledge, and strong problem-solving and communication skills. This is a full-time on-site position based in Memphis.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent with 10 years of experience.
Metallurgical experience required for root-cause analysis.
NDT Level 2 with Magnaflux equipment experience.
Auditing knowledge of ISO 9001 or equivalent is preferred.
Understanding of heat treatment, forging, and plastics molding.

Responsibilities

Oversees implementation and effectiveness of current quality systems.
Meets with customers to negotiate quality standards and perform APQP on new programs.
Manages quality technicians and day-to-day quality department activities.
Reports corporate KPIs monthly.
Ensures compliance with ISO standards and AAR regulations.
