We are looking for a Process Project Engineer to support capital projects and process improvements across our facilities.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting long-term capital investments (3, 5, and 10 years)
• Procurement of materials and labor for projects
• Ensuring project timelines align with company expectations
• Maintaining safety standards in all projects
• Acting as liaison between stakeholders and management
• Managing a portfolio of projects
• Supporting capital improvement initiatives
• Providing resources to production staff
• Maintaining records of process improvements
• Innovating current production processes
• Responding to inquiries from regulatory agencies and colleagues
• Presenting information effectively to various audiences
• Supporting employee relations initiatives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering from an accredited institution
• 0-3 years of related experience in manufacturing or training
• Experience with plastic extrusion (a plus)
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (preferred)
