Where we need you

Assisting in the planning and coordination of capital projects and high-priority process improvement projects at all facilities.

• Support for 3, 5, and 10-year capital investments
• Procure all necessary materials and labor based on the project scope
• Ensure project timelines align with company expectations and goals
• Guarantee all projects are performed and executed safely
• Act as liaison between all project stakeholders and upper management
• Manage a portfolio of projects within the organization
• Support capital improvement projects
• Serve as a resource to production staff across departments
• Maintain records of all process improvements
• Take ownership of current production processes and seek innovative upgrades
• Respond effectively to inquiries or complaints from regulatory agencies, colleagues, or the community
• Present information clearly to colleagues, management, and public groups
• Support efforts to develop positive employee relations

Education and/or Experience

• Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering from an accredited college or university
• Zero to three years of related experience in manufacturing or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience with plastic extrusion (a plus)
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (preferred)
