Talentburst, Inc. seeks two Mechanical Technicians for assembly of process skids in San Jose, CA. Responsibilities include piping, tubing, and component installation, plus welding prep and alignment.

Work is performed primarily indoors in lab/warehouse settings, with strict safety and quality standards. Ideal candidates bring experience with Swagelok/Parker fittings, tubing fabrication, pipe fitting, and the use of band saws, drill presses, and forklifts.

Formación

• Read P&IDs, mechanical layouts, and BOMs for assembly and parts staging.
• Fit, align, and torque flanged, NPT, and barbed joints to engineering specs.
• Measure, bend, deburr, and install small-bore tubing cleanly.
• Assemble and gauge Swagelok and Parker fittings to manufacturer standards.
• Cut, saw, drill, and tap metals using band saws, cold saws, and drill presses.
• Cut, face, deburr, and solvent-clean tube and pipe for welders.
• Cut, prep, dry-fit, and solvent-cement PVC pipes and fittings.
• Safely operate forklifts, slings, and skates to spot, level, and anchor heavy skids.

Responsabilidades

• Install, align, and torque process piping systems across multiple joint types.
• Measure, cut, deburr, and bend tubing; route lines neatly with fittings.
• Cut, drill, tap metals to build skid mounts and brackets.
• Identify and integrate pumps, valves, heat exchangers, and instrumentation.
• Prepare weld joints and bevels to support welding operations.
• Read P&IDs and BOMs to plan daily assembly workflows and staging.
• Rig, move, and anchor heavy skids using forklifts and rigging gear.
