This hands-on role requires strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to read technical drawings using BOMs. The position offers a starting pay of $20.00 per hour or higher with a consistent Monday–Friday first-shift schedule, 5:00 AM

Qualifications

• Experience with process piping assembly and piping bolt-up operations.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Strong blueprint-reading, BOM interpretation, and mechanical assembly skills.

Responsibilities

• Assemble industrial process piping systems per drawings and specs.
• Perform bolt-up and fit-up to connect piping components.
• Read blueprints and BOMs to determine required parts and procedures.
• Verify correct materials, fittings, valves, and components for each assembly.
• Build piping runs according to engineering layouts and dimensions.
• Use hand and power tools safely to complete assemblies.
• Inspect work for alignment, accuracy, and quality throughout the process.
• Communicate issues to Production/Quality teams to maintain schedules.
